As a leader you are constantly called upon to make decisions, meet deadlines, and lead people. In pursuit of hitting performance metrics you often find yourself working early mornings and late nights, sitting in front of a computer all day. You find yourself just getting by, eating whatever you can in between meetings, and not sleeping well. This can lead to low energy levels and weight gain. Climbing that ladder of success in this way is not sustainable. By not taking the time to care for yourself first, you may be unconsciously sabotaging your efforts to move ahead. Even though I believe in simple and intuitive healthy living, it can be tough to do on your own. I have created several coaching programs designed to give you the support you need as you go through the process. Having gone through a weight loss transformation myself, I often found I had questions along the way and wished I had a coach I could go to for direction. Education and accountability is a very effective way to create long-term changes, but most people don’t take the steps necessary to really understand how to optimize how their body works.
